1st challenge

Hi all

I started my diet 1 week ago I will be weighing tonight

But I have set a mini goal for my self and was wondering who wanted to join
I have called it the 1stone challenge. And the way it works is whatever my weight is tonight I am going to lose another stone by February 28th so that leaves 18 days.

So if you are up for the challenge then add me as a friend and we can motivate each other
I plan on doing this by eating healthy, herballife shakes and excersise I am really unfit so the gym will be the hardest part
For me but tough I will lose a stone
