pinaapple upside down cake

ALL IN APPROPRIATE PORTIONS!

Awesome Salad

Prepare dressing in blender:
1/2 c. sugar or splenda
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbl. Lemon juice
2 tbl. Chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Salt
Blend together and add
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 tsp. Poppy seed

Prepare salad in a large bowl:
10 c. romaine lettuce (3/4 fresh bunches)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 med. Hard green apple (chopped)
1 med. Hard pear (chopped)
¼ c. dried cranberry (chopped)
½ c. cashews (chopped

Tear romaine and add all salad fixings into large bowl.
Pour dressing over salad and toss well
Use all dressing, do not skimp!

You may cut this recipe in half for smaller salad.
Enjoy

    Am I the only one entertaining and eating on Easter? I still say you would love this salad!
