Free Fitness App

I am on the journey to become healthier. I bought a FT3 Polar Training computer to help me keep an accurate track of my calories burned. I am wearing the heart monitor along with the "watch" that tells me the calories burned.
Does anyone have advice on a free app to log in my progress and information after every work out? I am looking for app that gives a bit of "coaching' as well to tell me how to improve individual workouts to get the best result. If anyone is familiar with the Les Mills group classes, this is what I am doing at the gym: cardio type group classes, and resistance group classes, and yoga/pilates, as well as elliptical. I'm trying to get a variety of exercises in. All and any advice is appreciated.
