    2% milk

    1% Milk

    I dont log beverages since they have no calories, but if I did, vanilla carmel tea and spiced chai would be one and two!

    I eat the same thing for breakfast everyday (Oatmeal with blueberries) so I'm not sure why those aren't in my top 5

    1. Coffee --- drink it everyday
    2. Breakfast biscuits (Belvita Start) --- they are my go-to second part of breakfast at work (since they are easy to store there and are pretty good and keep my full, for about 250 calories
    3. Whole bread (local brand) --- I am not eating bread that often, but I only eat one kind of bread (it is the only product I always have the same)
    4. Granny Smith Apple --- the fruit I eat more often
    5. Oly Probiotic - Yogurt 2% --- my go-to first part of breakfast (at home)... under 90 calories, so up to 250 calories I can add other things to keep me full until I get to work

    I do eat other things more often, but they are mostly different brands.
