Cross training shoes

Options
Ok I am in need of some shoes! This is my reward for reaching ONEderland.

I need them for running and I am going to be starting a lifting program soon. And for exercise DVD's and the like.

Where is a good place to get fitted? What is a good method for buying nice cross training shoes? I have never gone this route and bought nice shoes before so I am kind of at a loss...

I'd say just hit a good running store & have them perform a gait analysis. They should be able to put you into something that'll work, and getting the running fit right will probably be the most important piece.

... and congrats on earning your reward. ;-)
