Eat Clean?

Evening All! I just bought the book, The Eat Clean Diet. Was wondering if anyone else has read this? Only on Ch. 1 but it seems like a really good idea! Basicall, cutting out as many processed foods as possible. Anyone had any luck with it?

    I haven't read the book, but my boyfriend has the cookbook. It is essentially how I have been attempting to eat for the past few years. I feel like it has really improved the look of my skin, reduced the frequency of my headaches and other things like that.

    Never read the book but I'm all for clean eating! I'd like to check it out though!

    have not read the book, but I have been 'cleaning' up my eating since last Fall. Yup, limit the processed, sugary, preservative laden foods. Stick to whole, natural, fresh foods. This is gross, but if it 'rots' that is what you want to eat! I noticed a huge increase in my energy level right away, clearer skin, lower blood pressure and no more sluggish feeling. I am still working on some areas, but for the most part I eat clean 80-90% of the time. I do have my favorites, but in moderation. There is also a Clean Eating magazine that has good recipes, and a thread here as well. Good luck!
