a quick intro and some info about me..
Hello, I'm Lau, only joined today and my page is very lonely. I am 29, I live in Swansea, Wales and I am very busy mum to 3 young children and a busy housewife (my hubby keeps me busy the most lol) I am looking for other busy mum's like myself for healthy tips, stories to share and dieting help really.. feel free to add me.
Anyway I have been on a mission to change my lifestyle to stop binge eating and cut out bad food habits.
I stopped working nearly 8 years ago to have my children, while my bf, now husband carried on working full time and since then what with 3 pregnacy's, 2 house moves and other total lifestyle changes the weight has just kept creeping up the scales.
I quit smoking at the end of December 2012 and haven't touched or wanted a single smoke, and for a girl who started smoking at 17 years old who would happily smoke about 15-20 L&B gold's per day is quite an achievement on my behalf :-) I just want to be a better role model for my children and be around for as long as possible.:blushing:
I have been on a diet for the past 5 weeks and when I started I weighed 16st 4lbs and now weighing in at 15lb 71/4lbs so something seems to be working.

Great job quitting smoking! I also became a homemaker after a few kids and that's when the pounds started creeping up on me too. Add me, if you'd like, so we can support each other until we reach out goals!0
