Hey! I am usually quite a gym rat...going daily. However...this semester at college I truly am completely overwhelmed. My days with work and school are from 6am to 7 at night, then hw...I try to do gym on weekends, but weekdays it's truly a challenge. I was wondering if people have had success only cutting calories and no gym? I'm set at 1200, and I usually like the gym because that's hard for me to stay at if I have dessert, but if I stick at 1200 and no gym will I still see the lbs. come off? Just wondering if people have had success. Thanks!!

Your ticker says you only have one pound to lose. Set your goal to lose .5 lb/ week. This will give you more calories to eat. How far do you walk on campus? What do you do at work? You may also need to change your activity level to at least lightly active, rather than sedentary.
Exercise is a great stress relief. Just parking your car a little farther from your classes may be enough to reap the benefits.0
