Bulk healthy cooking
Options
I like to cook in bulk on Sunday and have my lunch and breakfast for the week. I usually make oatmeal pancakes for breakfast (biggest loser recipe that I love), but I'm running out of ideas for lunch. Does anyone have any recipe suggestions? I mostly have the base of 4-5 ounces of baked chicken and then add ingredients to that but I am open to mixing it up!!

I love making a big pot of soup to have for lunches during the week.
This one is filling and only 120 calories per cup....
