Hi! My name is Shaunta! I came across the My Fitness Pal website because I was trying to determine whether or not if I was sticking to my 1200 calorie diet. I am currently on the Curves Complete plan. So far between the My Fitness Pal website, Curves Compete and doing the Couch to 5k application running program. I have lost 4 pounds in my first week. I hope to lose 100 pounds altogether. Please feel free to respond or drop a message! :laugh:
