Ladies around 250- how many calories?

Ladies around 250- how many calories do you eat? I'm not sure I if I'm getting enough... I tried raising my calories for 2 weeks and not much happened. I spend 40-50 hours a week tied to a desk. I've set my my activity level to 'sedentary' and track all exercise (use pedometer and HRM), typically eating back at least half of my exercise calories.

    Hi I am 267 and I net 1580 I am set up as lightly active and use a fitbit to track activity and a HRM to track exercise and I eat it all back generally depending on hunger / life. I try to balance out over a week.

    I'm 223 right now, started at 235. I've got mfp set to lose 1lb a week, as sedentary and exercise 3x/week. It has me set to 1400 calories/day. I tend to eat back half of my exercise calories. I have been consistently losing about 1lb a week following those guidelines.
