Weight success and a NSV

I have both a scale and a few non-scale victories to share with you.

First, my scale victory - I've lost a stone! So happy with myself... 1 down, 2 to go!

My non-scale victories - I've lost 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch from my hips and 2 inches from my thighs... and my BMI is down .4
ALSO, my promise ring from my boyfriend fits on my middle finger with NO struggle... so that's something new!

All around happy for me... still a long way to go, but a step in the right direction.
