Spartacus Workout routine

HI,
I'm new! I'm very excited to use this site to track and see what everyone else is doing to be successful!
Has anyone ever logged the Spartacus workout in the exercise log? I'm trying to enter line by line but it's both strength and cario and some of the exercises aren't listed, example- T pushup and dumbbell side lunge and touch.

I've done it and still do it fairly regularly but consider it more of a cardio routine than a strength routine. I'll I know is that it kicks my *kitten*.
I'm not exactly sure how you would enter the calories for it. According to the article I included with it, you will burn approximately 700+ calories during the 45 minute workout,. I usually assume 500 calories when I do it.0
