30 day shred success stories

Hi! I'm doing JM's 30 DS and loving it. I'm on level 1, day 6. I don't really need to lose weight, but definitely need to turn some excess body fat into lean muscle. I was shocked when I measured myself yesterday - I had lost 3 1/2 inches one week after starting 30 DS, most of it in my hips! I would love to hear, or see pictures, of other MFP users success with 30 DS. Weight loss or inches lost?

Here's a thread I found that was started last month. If you do a search on "30 day shred", you'll find a whole bunch more stuff. There's lots of people on MFP that have done it, and all swear by it. You don't lose weight initially, but you'll definitely drop inches. I'm on day 2 level 1 myself. Good luck!!0 -
