It keeops me from wearing anything above my knee even though i lost 60 pounds its not getting better....for those of you who have gotten rid of it or improved the issue...what did you do?

For me, I think it was a combinaton of cardio and strength training. I do as much on treadmil, elliptical, bike and arobics that I can. Usually 5-6 times a week. I also do strength training with callestetics(sp?) at least 3 times a week with crunches, push-ups and leglifts everyday. some days it takes me 45 min, other days takes me 90 minutes. I've lost a total of about 37 pounds ans 43 inches overall so now I can see a big difference in the cell. especially on my legs. Still have a bit to lose in places you would only see if I were wearing a swimsuit, so I'm really working hard to get rid of it. Not sure if its possible for it to go away completely. Hopefully someone on here can share their experiences too. Good luck!0

There are two directions to fight cellulite from.
First, overall body fat reduction...and you're already working on that.
Second is to build the muscles underneath for a smoother overall appearance.0
