Hi everyone,

I'm Helen and have just started up again after a long time away. I never really gave it a good try before for one reason and another but now I want to really give it my best shot. I probably should lose about 4 stone but will take each day as it comes. I keep telling myself if you fall off and eat too much one day, don't sabotage the whole thing just draw a line under it and start up again. (This has been my failing on previous attempts) I think I am in the right frame of mind this time and look forward to taking the up and down hills with you all.
