Insanity and Chalene Extreme hybrid started today

Hi guys,

Today was my first day in Insanity and Chalene Extreme hybrid

I'm looking for a female buddy who is ready to share me these hard 12 weeks .

Starting weight:165

Goal weight after these 12 weeks : 150

Height : 5'7"


I forgot to take measurements today so this will be done tomorrow.

Will weigh in every week and I hope to lose about 1 pound a week

BTW: I lost about 65 pounds already so I think it will be hard for me to lose these 15 pounds but I will do my best.
