There are days that I am craving something salty and crunchy. What are your favorite 100 calorie munch packs?

    I would have to go with the Skinny Cow candy bar or a half ounce of cocktail peanuts. Or one Reese's cup.

    100 calorie pack of almonds, 3 tbsp of peanuts, celery, 1 serving of pita chips, carrots and hummus, air popped popcorn, 1 sour dough pretzel...

    Snack Well 100 cal yogurt pretzels. It is a perfect salty and sweet snack! I also love the 100 cal yogurts.

    The Smart Pop 100 calorie kettle corn is magnificent! I also love a light string cheese & almonds... A piece of 35 cal bread with a little PB and honey....Homemade trail mix (almonds, walnuts, raisins, pretzels). :)
