Overweight & My Car & Neighbor's car was keyed

So My car and my neighbors car was keyed last night. We are both overweight, however, whoever did this keyed the word "fat" on my neighbors car door. She was trying so hard not to cry. She was like "ok, key my car, but to go so far as to write that word into my door". She now has to drive around with that on her nice car until she can get it in to get it fixed.

Will people ever quit being so hateful?

I'm sorry that happened to you and your neighbour, and can understand why you're upset, but no, there will always be people who behave badly/cruelly towards other people. Just like school bullies, it's not because you're fat - it's because they want to be cruel and pick on whatever sticks out as difference. Think of all the people over the centuries that have been harassed or worse because of their race, or religion, or sexuality, or because they come from somewhere else. Sadly, you can't prevent things like this from happening, all you can do is choose how you react to it. Which takes practice. :flowerforyou:
