Im new to all this and was wondering if anyone knew a good diet plan cause all ive eaten for the last four days are lean cuisine

those things are super high in sodium!! All they'll make you do is reatain water. Clean eating is the healthiest way to go, like whole grains, lean protien and fresh fruits and veggies. Limit your processed foods, ie. refined sugar, white flour, high fructose corn syrup. It's just makes it harder for your body to run efficiently. If your firing on all cylendars your burn more calories. Eat mostly white fish and veggies. I prefer tilapia! spicy foods help boost your metabolisim. Cinnamon, vinegar, citrus fruit and other high acid foods help regulate blood insuline levels. when it drops too low, you feel hungery. when it jumps up too high, you store more fat.0
