Fell off the wagon!

It took me so long to get up, I had to take a bus to catch the wagon and try to get back on! Sheesh...I'm not even on square one here. I am behind square one!
I gained back what I lost, and am having issues breathing. I ache all over just walking and none of my clothes fit.
I'm scared to step on the scale to see what the damage is. Its going to be bad, and I am starting off monday morning and weighing myself before my first workout.

Wish me luck....please? :( lol

  • Good luck to you!

You can't erase the past, but you can look forward to your amazing transformation now that you are at least on the wagon! Hang in there and realize that you are on the right track now.

If you need friends, add me. Also, I have some encouraging friends who would love to "be there" for you, too. My friend, stevemcknight is a personal trainer who is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition.

You might be better off doing the right thing for a few days before you weigh in. I lost about 4 pounds of water when I switched from eating not so well to eating well again.

I'm so glad your back!! I was wondering how you we're doing. Just remember everything in life starts with small steps, and your taking a step in the right direction!! Be strong and determined, and hang in there. Don't think you can do this...KNOW you can do this!!

Thanks everyone! I am always determined to be good. lol I am taking guitar lessons, so maybe I can use that as an outlet for when I get the munchies. Hugs to all!

Don't feel bad. Last time I fell off the wagon, it circled back around and ran me over a few times. LOL

I gained all my weight back before. It sucked.

The only thing worse than being overweight is getting skinny then gaining it all back plus some.

I think it's going to take this time because I am rally focusing on my eating habits and having some fun with cooking.
