I can not say enough how right everyone is when they say to start excercising slow and work your way up. Last august i could not stand for more than fi:laugh: ve minutes, legs hurt and out of breath. I started to the mailbox then past the neighbors house, every few days i would add a little more. This morning i broke the mile mark. With the excercise and diet i've lost 63 and got my diabetes under control enough the dr took me off the meds. LOng way to go on the diet but just wanted to tell the newbies being patient is how you win this race. By the way i start the gym tommorrow morning. Wish me luck.
