    Ooh, small world...I was born in Essex, but live on the Hampshire/Surrey border these days! Anyone feel free to add, although I warn you I'm not hugely active in the whole status-posting dept....might not hear from me during the week!

    Brief profile - I've been following the 20% deficit of TDEE for about 5 weeks, so not much weight loss but I'm staying off the scale while I "re-set" my yo-yo habits. I do basic strength training 3 times a week, and walking for my cardio on the other 4 days....I'm not big on "eating clean", I just eat sensibly and splurge sometimes. I simply aim for a reasonable calorie deficit, most of the time!
