I'm moving into an apartment with my boyfriend on thursday (happy valentines day to us) we have friends coming over to help us move and unpack on both Thursday and Friday so I have to feed these people on both days. (4-5 of us in total)
The one thing I want to try to avoid is little ceasers pizza/pizza in general or other fast food so I want to make something.
I have a stove and an oven. However I only have a casserole dish and a crockpot, no pots or pans and I have a microwave. I have a spatula and a slotted spoon, but have no silverware just dollar store plastic spoons/forks/knives. And 3 sets of steak knives. (I dont know how the steak knives worked out) And I have plates and bowls.
I also need to spend as little money as possible on this, and it needs take little to no prepwork. I've been on pinterest looking for over an hour but have had zero success.
Oh and it would be awesome if it was something that went good with beer (budlight and corona) as I am using beer and food as incentive to get the moving and stuff done faster (No beer and No food till its done type of thing)
So if anybody has a miracle recipe that would work please please please share your food recipe wisdom!
Or does no such recipe exist and I need to just order pizza?

how about chili. you can cook meat in microwave or go with a meat free version just using all beans. you can use all canned products a super simple recipe is
ground beef 1 lb cooked and drained (optional)
canned beans-any variety you like- 1-2 cans drained and rinsed ( use more if not using meat)
stewed tomatoes 1-2 cans
canned green chiles drained
onion you can use dried or frozen if you like
a package of chili spice mix
heat in crockpot early and it will be ready to eat when you're done moving in for the day.
by the way when you are all set up and have more kitchen supplies you can use more fresh ingredients and make your own blend of spices.0
