any ideas on how do get out of a stall

I've been working since Jan 2012 and have gone from 280 to 255 and from a size 24 (women's) to an 18. I've been tracking food and exercising regularly (I see a trainer 2x a week, generally get in to the gym another 1-2 times a week and added an hour on saturday mornings - so typically 4-5 workouts a week). I'm a stay at home mom to two small boys (love the gym daycare!!!)...

I have hypothyroid and started meds about a year ago and get them closely monitored.

I don't always make the best choices but I'm usually within 50 of my calorie goal and fairly on point with my percentages goals. I know I need more water than I currently drink and am working on upping it. I don't drink soda or alcohol.

I know some of the weight is muscle (138 pounds according to one of those electro-measuring things is lean muscle). I'm getting in better shape (can run more or walk further type of thing) but I'm stuck. I've plateaued and I'm trying to stay motovated and not just give up.

Any tips? tricks? advice?
