Recipes - NO OVEN REQUIRED

I love this section of the message boards because it gives me so many ideas on what I can do to change it up. But I can't help but notice how there are so many recipes that require the use of an oven. Unfortunately, I have given the next 4 years of my life to the military and probably not going to have use of an oven anytime soon. All I have are two burners and a microwave. Since I feel like a lot you have mastered the art of preparing foods using anything that conducts heat, I was hoping we could post some recipes here that don't require the use of an oven.

Or maybe I should invest in one of those counter top ovens...Either way if you could help me out (and maybe others in a similar situation) it would be greatly appreciated!!
