Snack Packs

Hey guys! I just wanted to share this great idea that I use for snacks during the week. I bought some small ziploc containers and fill them with apple slices, blackberries, cheese cubes and diced turkey breast. You of course can fill them with whatever you want. But they are so portable and easy to keep at work. I take all 5 packs and keep them in the work fridge.

It's really great to have snacks already waiting on ya when the afternoon hunger monster kicks in!

    this is a great idea, i do something similar because i find that when i am tired or starving, my will power goes out the window. I have learnt to keep healthy low cal snacks ready and on hand in order to stay on track
