How much protein?

I'm a 30 year old female. I workout 5-6 days per week, running, spin class and elliptical mainly for cardio and I strength train 3x per week. I net about 1300 calories a day on average. How many grams of protein should I be eating? Is there a calculation for this? I weigh 137 lbs right now. When should I eat the most protein? Before/after workout? On cardio only days? On strength and cardio days? Thanks!

    I think it's around a gram for every pound of lean muscle - 40% works out about right for me.
