Eating Exercise Cals???

How does one know if they should really be eating back their exercise cals? I've never done this before, nor have I ever tracked calories. And my weight loss DID work last time! They only reason I'm having to lose again is because of pregnancy. I have 8lbs left to go but Im not really worried about it any more. I am lifting heavy 3 times a week and I just want to be strong and toned. So do I need to eat this exercise cals or not??? Thanks

    If you're strength training, I'd say, eat them.

    I am also doing some cardio 3 times a week - burning approx 300cals each time. Should I eat those exercise cals?
