Yoga Booty Ballet as strength training???

Does anyone know if the DVD set Yoga Booty Ballet is a good source of strength training?

    As I recall, only for your legs. This is true of ballet in general. It can also give you awesome shoulders from holding your own arms up more than is natural, but it will never do much for your arms and chest.

    I am quite susceptible to DOMS (that muscle soreness that comes the next day), so if a new workout makes me sore, I know it is a good one for my current level.

    I haven't done that video but my guess is that it's more cardio. I dance ballet and always count it as cardio. If you're going to add some weights to your plies, then yeah, maybe you could say it's strength training...
