30 day shred twice a day and rest days

I was wondering if anyone has done the 30ds workouts twice a day back to back? Would it be a good idea or should I just stick to once a day?....Also I did the 30ds every day for 15 straight days (l1-10days and l2-5days) had 2 rest days and I felt so much better today when I started again with l2-day. I felt like I had more strenght to.keep going so thats why I was able to do level 2 twi times today back to back.

I thought the rest days would make me lazy and not want to start the 30ds again but i was wrong I guess my body just needed a rest :)

    First, can I just say how awesome your first picture is in your profile picture? You look amazing! I don't even think you look like the same person from the second picture at all! :)

    Second, I don't do the levels back to back; I do them once and that's it. But, I don't really see why you couldn't do that. As long as you feel that you body can handle it and be sure to get in more protein to supplement your workout. The more you do strength training, the more protein you should consume to help build muscle.

    Today I felt alot more energetic and yeah right now i'm having the homemade banana ice cream with peanut butter...delicious :)

    You should try the ripped in 30!! It's a great workout too!!
