What foods have the least amount of carbs??

I am blown away at how many carbs are in all foods...healthy or not. Fruits and veggies have wayyyy more than I thought they would. Any suggestions on what foods or snacks have minimal carbs?? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you and best wishes to everyone on here!!! One meal at a time... :)

Plain Greek yogurt. You can add a little artificial sweetener and cinnamon/flavor extracts. For extra flavor I like adding either crystal light drink packages or sugar free jello mix. Duncan Heinz makes powdered flavor packets for frosting which I will also add for flavor (although it doesn't contain a sweetener, so you'll have to add your own). The strawberry shortcake flavor is divine, and the orange cream tastes like a dreamsicle.

Beef jerky is very high in protein but low in carbs. I like it because its very easy to transport.

Typically anything with high protein. I like sauteed spinach, low carb and nutritious. Berries are also pretty low carb. But carbs are good sources of energy, so there's really no reason not to eat them in normal amounts.

Proteins for sure! But, one of my "go to" foods when I am just "mouth hungry" is cucumbers! I know! Weird! But, they are very low cal and very low carb and full of water. Win-Win - WIN!

No, they won't satiate you all day, but it is better than a candy bar at the snack machine!

Most salad veggies have low carbs, i.e. spinach/lettuce, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, etc. Most of the white stuff, potatoes, bread, rice, is high carb, so if you MUST eat it, do so in very small portions. You will probably have to limit your fruit to one or two small servings per day to stay under 100g/carbs/day. Milk and yogurt have lactose (milk sugar), so those can't be eaten that in unlimited quantities either.

But, the good news, eggs, meats, and fats=low to no carb. And consuming them is satisfying and doesn't usually lead to binging or over-consumption.
