duck breast

I thought duck breast was high in calorie and fat - but when i entered it in to the system it said 123 calories for ahalf a breast!! That is great! I had pan seared duck breast yesterdays with steamed spinach and olive oil an dred potatoes...

very healthy and way less calories than i thought!!!

the oreos for dessert are what got me:(
