What do you guys consider to be good nutrition? I've been trying to lose weight for over a year, but I weight even more than I did when I started dieting! I'm 5'6' and I weigh 131lbs...I want a plan to get back to 122lbs
I know that high protein/ low carb is the popular approach right now, but low carb is not something feasible for me...I live at college so I try to choose the healthier options ( salads, grilled chicken, etc) But I do allow myself a treat now and then. I also have been doing Insanity about 4x a week. What are your suggestions?
Btw, i haven't logged my meals in here for a while, I keep a food journal with me instead.

Two tips that Ive heard so far that I like are 'Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince an dinner like a begger' also 'If its a plant enjoy it regularly, if it is made in plant limit it'.0
