I'm going to lunch with my team for my b-day, and I selected chow baby. Therealchowbaby.com It a stir fry restaurant, and you choose your own veggies, and your proteins seasonings, and sauce. they have oyster sauce, teriyaki, plum, etc. and they stir fry it for you. You can choose brown rice, noodles, or none at all. They use very little oil. It's really good. See if they have one in your area.

You can't go wrong with a nice piece of Fish/Chicken/Turkey (not breaded) as a lunch plate with a nice steamed veggie, or on a salad if you like. You know to avoid all the calorie bombs that sneak in on 'Birthday outings'.
