What workout is next?

I just finished 30DS (got great results) and now I need to start a new strength plan tomorrow.

I am waffling between Ripped in 30 and New rules of lifting for women. I know I want to start a heavy lifting program I just don't know when the best time to start is. As in, should I start now, or wait until I am a little closer to goal?

I am running 5 days a week and want to keep strength as a part of my routine. I have about 50 more pounds to lose until I reach my goal of 150.
