Alternative choices to favorite junk foods

I saw an episode in the doctors talking about foods that are great as alternatives to junk foods we love. They mentioned taste and texture being a big part of replacing these things. I was also on here a few months ago and there was someone else who was addicted to hot Cheetos like I am. Today I had light popcorn with cayenne pepper and chili pepper and it fulfilled that craving! Any other ideas you have come up with for alternative choices for those empty calorie comfort foods?
