Fasting for fitness

Hello everyone! I am new to MFP and think it would be easier to stay motivated if i had some encouragement I have done over 5 fasts over the past year and love the way they leave me feeling so light! I am down to my lowest weight since grade 10 and want to be 100 pounds by summer. I am starting a 15 day juice fast tomorrow and am going to see how much weight I can lose and if I see improvements I am going to extend it to 30 days! I am really looking forward to this because I know it is a life changing journey. I have 4 months to lose 27 pounds. All encouragement is nice! please no negativity! this is my body and I know what works for me :) good luck to all the other fasters out there! WE CAN DO THIS
