Okay, I'm not a fan of fake sugar. I put the flavor packs (crystal light, Mio, etc) in my water sometimes but not frequent. Now onto my problem. My brother made some cinnamon tea tonight and I tried it, twice, (I know, so bad.) But it was so great! I want to find a solution for subtracting the sugar but still having the sweetness there. Wondering if apple's would do good in it. Suggestions for substitutes please! Remember, no Splenda or artificial sweeteners.
THANKS!

The more I read the more I am convinced that Stevia is the only way to go.0

Stevia liquid drops are the most economical way to go. They also have flavored Stevia drops. SweetLeaf is the brand I use.0

Could you just use normal sugar but use less maybe?? I used to have 2 sugars in a coffee but now have only half a teaspoon.0

I didn't think about that. But that would be a bit expensive over time. I'm watching my sugar because I have PCOS. I always go over my sugar anyway, but I have been good about keeping it below 100 over.0
