New here, READY FOR A CHANGE!

Hi! I'm Sarah! I am 29yo, a Social Work student at The University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington Texas.
3 weeks ago is when I started MyFitnessPal to keep track of what I'm eating. I have cut out soda completely, I drink water or green tea (the tea bag kind) I have cut my carb intake (I have no idea as to how many I was eating before but lets just say McDonald's and Taco Bell took a lot of my money through out my life!!) I am eating more protein and fruits and veggies. I wasn't sure what I weighted when starting this life change but I assumed about 360 as in Sept I weighted 366. Today when I went for my blood work I weighted 349!! I am excited that I have lost weight, and feel great!!!

I have hypothyroidism and I take medication for it, I also am considered pre diabetic.

I have been doing a LOT of research on the Ketosis Diet or the Primal diet.
I'm not perfect and I may slip and eat carbs but I know that is why I am so fat is from eating so many carbs.
I have had a few times I have eaten things I shouldn't but I feel So much more alert and healthy now!!
