You don't have to shout at me! :grumble:
No, no expierience unfortunately! But my guess is just eat less and work out more. I'm pretty sure that works! X0 -
If it;s endorsed by Dr Oz...highly unlikely.0

There are no magic pills. And you don't need to shout.0

I've tried several things Dr Oz endorses and none worked for me. If I tried everything he mentions on his show, I would be broke.0

I have tried several supplements from the show. Nothing has been of a big help. I think it's all about what you eat combined with exercise. Save your money.0

It will certainly make your wallet lighter.
Listen, if your diet and training is absolutely solid and consistent then those things endorsed by Dr Oz may give a very, very slight advantage (and sometimes none...)
If your diet and training is not absolutely solid then it won't make a blind bit of difference.
Get the foundations right first then worry about the minutiae....0 -
Dr. Oz is the last person I would trust for reliable weight loss information. If you watch his show you should know that he's always recommending a new supplement. If any of them worked he wouldn't have to keep switching to a new "miracle" supplement. Just eat at a reasonable deficit, exercise, and be patient.0

NEVER...EVER....EVER...believe Dr. Oz he gets paid to endorse that stuff... some may work but be skeptical of it all until you have researched and read medical reviews and crap0

Sometimes it will actually be a detriment and sometimes downright bad for your health...0 -
