Mystery holiday in 2.5months !

Ok folks I need to loose 10-15kgs in this little time! I'm on 1640cal diet and exercise 5 times a week cardio and weight and hv barely lost a thing.......... Help me fit people! I may need to wear TOGS aghhh

    About 30lb in 2.5 months - and that is the amount you need to lose in total? Not a reasonable expectation for a start.

    When did you start and how much have you lost?

    Hmm... I lost that much in a year! I think it's a bad idea.

    Yep, it took about a year for me to lose that much too. Generally a safe rate to lose for someone needing to lose 20-30 lbs is 1 lb/week. Don't put so much pressure on yourself. Just log accurately, eat at a reasonable deficit, exercise, and be patient.

    Just got the trip sprung on me yesterday, I know it's too much but hey I can push myself and hope for the best I can do
