Upping My Cal Intake

Hey guys, I need some advise from anyone who can relate please. I increased my calorie intake a couple weeks back because I found out I had been netting under 1200 for quite a while. Now I'm having the problem of eating enough! By the time it's the end of the day, I'm really full but I still have a substantial amount of calories left over. Any ideas for small snacks that happen to be high in calories, but low in fat and sugar?

Any advice will be much appreciated

Instead of eating snacks, add more to your meals.

Some white rice would fill your requested needs - low in fat and sugar; pure starch.

Sorry I should have mentioned that due to health concerns, I need to be very careful about eating bulky meals. But thank you very much for taking the time to respond,I really appreciate it

Aim for calorie dense foods such as nuts, or nut butters, or other proteins such as cottage cheese, hummus etc.
