How do you change the nutrition daily goals on the tracker?

I have PCOS and want to change my goals for carbs, protein, and fat, but I don't see how to do it... Am I missing something really obvious?

    click on your home tab. then below it, you will see home and next to that, "goals." Click on that and find the button about changing goals. Then choose custom on the next screen and it will take you to the place to change your goals.

    Thank you! I thought it must be on the food tracker settings page but it wasn't... I appreciate the help :-)
