I was playing with the settings on my daily food log and added potassium information. I noticed over the past 5 days I probably only took in about 10% of the potassium I should have.

Can too little potassium cause problems especially if you are working out???

Besides bananas and beans what are other good sources of potassium?

Thanks for any guidance, I'm learning more and more everyday!!!

You should definitely increase your intake. Potassium deficiency is very serious:

Thank you for the tips. This explains the side aches while I was exercising yesterday!!! I'm happy that I love a lot of potassium rich foods, I'll just need to incorporate them more often.

    Thanks again!!
