Hi Everyone! I just joined this forum. There is an athlete in me I am trying to reclaim. Slowly i'm making necessary changes in diet and fitness. I love overseas so I don't have the benefit of going to an American grocery store fully-loaded with tons of low-fat, non-fat, food choices. On the other hand, I have unlimited access to farm fresh vegetables, fruits, and tofu galore. I'm interested to hear your ideas for achieving your fitness goals. Wishing everyone the best!
