Low Fat Applesauce Pancakes (70 calories)!!!!!!

Being somebody with a sweet tooth I absolutely love pancakes and was dreading missing out on pancake day. I have searched through my cook books and found an old Weight Watcher Recipe that boasts just 70 cals, 0g of Fat, 3g of Protein and 14g of Carbs for each pancake. The recipe makes 6 pancakes. These are gorgeous and I have added vanilla extract to make it extra tasty.

They taste delicious on their own or with some warm syrup.

3/4 cup wheat flour
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup skim milk (buttermilk, with 12 tsp lemon juice mixed)
1 egg white (lightly beaten)
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/4 tsps artificial sweetener
