Feel pooey

Hi Guys
I've had a really poor weekend with an ill hubby, still managed to have a real good workout Saturday morning and didnt go massively over, yet the scales say I have gained 2lb!!
Is it true that it could be as what I ate was crap and full of salt maybe ? I have had alcohol too but had exercised in the week too and not used any of the calories earned

My weigh day is tomorrow so dreading it as cant see it changing much.

Any ideas please guys? I'm a little depressed
