Does anyone have good results from drinking the isagenix shakes? Recommended or no? Thanks in advance!

    The only reason a shake works is because it replaces real food with a lower calorie shake. Learn to eat real food in proper quantities and save some dollars. Develop a safe, sustainable lifestyle instead of looking for a quick fix.
