I realize this has been beaten over the head a million times but here goes... I realize that if you eat nothing but sugar day in and day out yes you'll lose weight (if in caloric defecit) But won't your body fat levels increase? So my main question is: If you cut down to like 20 carbs a day (keto) would weight loss be any different?
